To taking literal notes from the revised song Everything Must Change by Katharine McPhee, a song about inevitable changes and our constant evolution, however scary that may be.

Our time now looks so different for each of us, whatever season we’re in. Perhaps there are changes and that may come with a lot of “REs”:
revival, re-centring, rebranding, recalibrating, reprioritising
which, is so exciting and thrilling.
But despite it all - what’s keeping you steadfast?
What’s your hummingbird - that quiet, beautiful constant?
