Small daffodil painting, an ode to my Welsh home. An art style inspired by the Art Nouveau movement characterised by its whimsical shapes, that illustrative style, and limited colour palettes. There's a simplicity to it (though there's plenty of more intricate work out there too) that just works for me. I can't help getting drawn back to it, ever since GCSE art.
